Do I need to provide photos every week?
We prefer job photos because they perform significantly better — but if you have a slow week, we can supplement with educational content, seasonal tips, or company-focused posts. Even one set of job photos a week is enough to build a strong content calendar.
What platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile as standard. We can add TikTok or Nextdoor for an additional fee if those are part of your market strategy.
Do you respond to comments and messages too?
Review responses are included in every plan. Comment responses and Facebook/Instagram DM management can be added — we'll discuss what level of engagement makes sense for your volume on the onboarding call.
How do I send you the job photos?
However works best for you — text, WhatsApp, email, or a shared Dropbox folder. We'll set up whatever system your crew will actually use. Most clients just text photos on the way back from a job.
